If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except cosmetic products, items marked ON SALE in the description, accessories, sunglasses or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons)
• The items are unworn and unwashed
• The items have all MildRift tags attached
Regular priced items bought on www.mildrift.com will gladly be exchanged within 7 days after receiving the order. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached when returned.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS MARKED IN THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES, SUNGLASSES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
In the event of an exchange, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are on the client’s expenses.

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM
We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!
Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.
In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace the item for you for one that is in tip-top condition
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your faulty item and your order number.
2. Our team will inspect the garment and process either a replacement or a refund.
